The arbitrament between Allen Lopez and ExtremeNet is one that is primarily establish around good considerations and the morality of the situation which forms a origination for laws and a series of facts in the interest of integrity for twain Allen Lopez and ExtremeNet. The following laws and facts I considered and reviewed in my ruling to settle this arbitration between Allen Lopez and ExtremeNet. One get along or question was; should Allen Lopez be on the wholeowed to keep his job? And in my ruling on this issue I must say yes, ExtremeNet can fire Mr. Lopez for either reason but the termination can be secure to whistle-blowing in a prima facie case against ExtremeNet, because Mr. Lopezs liberty of impoverished speech is protected to an extent already. And it is for this reason Mr. Lopez should be allowed to keep his job, my reasoning in deciding this is from a level-headed and ethical stand Mr. Lopez had already complained to ExtremeNet without resort to the website, in all ethical fairness. And the employee Mr.



Lopez would have a potential claim for whistle-blowing if modify or demoted and it is for that reason and in the best interest of the ethical welfare of both parties that Mr. Lopez be allowed to keep his job. In name and address to the second issue at hand in this arbitration between Allen Lopez and ExtremeNet which brings up the question should Mr. Lopez be forced to subvert his website? And my ruling on this issue is no, forcing Mr. Lopez to remove the website would be unethical in the interest of free speech and from the ethical standpoint of truth telling, and from a legal standpoint ExtremeNet would have to build the very clearly the factual statements on the website were false, or be subject to an Anti-Slapp lawsuit for attempting curtail Mr. Lopezs right to free speech.
