B. my avg daily ambition for example was 0 cups of milk, 2.3 oz of meat/beans, veg. 1.2 cups, Fruit 1.7 oz, Grains 1 oz. My recommended was 3 cups of milk, 5.5 oz meat/beans, 2.5 veg, 2 cups of fruit, 6 oz of Grain. None of my days met the req. besides one of the days I exceeded meat/beans I in general snack, snack and eat one big meal and thats my downfall.
C. My avg liquified intake is not appropriate I drink around type of fluid everyday, its always juice or pop, never water or milk which is important I go to sleep my arms and back hurting is because I drink no milk. Ive been trying to lose weight by excercising and eating a salad/meat diet. The physical activity I do is nothing vigirous it mainly consist of house cleaning, work,walking to my carand up my apt stairs.
E. My avg energy intake is not apporiate for my lifestyle. I need to work out more and eat healthier. Im more inactive I do low work such as cleaning or walking to my car. I do the comparable thing everyday, so i know that i go ballistic the same calories and not more than usual. I will change this by working out 3 days a week.
